From the first contact or enquiry, Ozy Homes will partner with you through every stage and milestone throughout the building process, from the moment we help you to select the perfect design for your lifestyle and location, to the day we hand over the keys to your brand new home.

We believe that every home we build is unique and we make every effort to ensure your new home is built in the shortest time frame possible and to the highest quality. To help you understand the process, we have created an easy 8-step guide outlining the different steps involved in bringing your new home to life.

STEP 01

Pre-construction meeting and holding deposit

First step is the hardest. With our stunning selection of innovative, cutting edge home designs it gives you the choice of a design to call home. Once you've selected your family's needs, you can add your personal touch giving you the flexibility to make reasonable alterations. We will guide you all the way to style your home within your budget. Here we arrange an initial site visit to review site conditions and site needs.

STEP 02

Tender submission

After all customizing decisions on your new home have been made, your Pre-contract Documentation will be drawn up. At this stage, you will be provided with a neatly presented tender and plans for your review.

STEP 03

Colour and Interior Selections

Now for the fun part. Whilst your detailed plans are getting ready, you will meet with our Interior Designer in our 'Selection Studio' to pick all things home. The state-of-the art Colour Studio is a one-stop shop filled with all the latest styles for fittings, fixtures and finishes to create a home that is truly unique to you.

STEP 04

Contract Signing

At this exciting stage, your Client Liaison Officer will explain your Building Agreement in great detail and then you'll sign the agreement when you're happy you understand everything.

STEP 05

Building Approvals

After all colour and specification decisions on your new home have been made, your detailed Building Plans will be drawn up and submitted for approval to Council or Certifiers.

STEP 06

Construction Begins

Within 30 days of the final piece of the puzzle, being either your Finance Approval or Building Approval, your new home's construction is underway. After the slab goes down, the frame and your roof are built and you can really feel your new home coming to life.

STEP 07

Personalised Service

Stage seven involves continual updates and support from the Ozy Homes team while your home undergoes construction. Your interaction is welcomed as well as valued.

STEP 08

Completion & Handover

Before you know it, you'll be in the last stage of creating your dream home. Stage Eight is handover time. Finishing touches and rectifications are always sorted with maximum efficiency.
