Ozy home is committed to many measures that are implemented by statutory bodies in building quality homes and developing communities. It strives to achieve above all, a secure notion that your home or community will be delivered after having met all government requirements. In the same context Ozy Home has placed guidelines to address COVID – 19 restrictions but also continue business as normal.

Our head office continues to function as normal with some specific guidelines to avoid the spread of COVID – 19.

Self-quarantine if

  • You have travelled overseas in the past 14 days
  • Been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID – 19
  • Are sick or show any signs of flu like symptoms

 

Meetings and appointments

  • For existing customers and potential customers and suppliers, we have made some clear protocols to ensure your safety if you require to meet with us at our Head Office, Display Homes or onsite. By following the steps of self-quarantine if required. Adherence to social distancing measures and provisions of hand- sanitisers upon entry and exit from our offices.
  • We have adjusted the way our Consultants and Design Staff connect and interact with you in preparation with embarking with you New Home journey. We have numerous ways to engage with our team as you look to build your dream home.

To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, and in compliance with Government guidelines, all Ozy Homes display homes will:

  • Maintain social distancing requirements of 1.5m, allowing 1 person per 4m2 (both in the homes and sales offices).
  • Allowing a maximum of 6 persons in our display centres including Staff at any given time.
  • Provide hand-sanitising upon entry/exit of our displays.
  • Clean all high-touch areas after each viewing

We understand that building your new home is a big commitment and that’s why Ozy homes is offering a 12 month fixed price tender,  giving you peace of mind that your new home journey will continue as soon as you are ready.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All fixed pricing in tenders are valid for a period of 12 months. All tenders can be further extended by up to another 6 months at an additional cost prior to contact signing. The commencement of site works must be prior to the expiry date noted in the tender to avoid additional costs. This offer is exclusive to Ozy Homes contract builds. No extension beyond 18 months applies. Ozy reserves the right to review and revise tender pricing at any time.
